How do I reserve an article?

All the products should be reserved within 48 hours before delivery. If you need a product in a shorter time, let us know, so we can check on our stock. When you want to reserve one or more from our products, click "Reserve" button and specify how many days you may need them. You can also make the reservation via e-mail.

We will process your reservation and send confirmation back. If you need something else during your holidays, let us know, we may found a solution.

 

How does the delivery works? Does delivery got extra costs?

We provide free cost delivery on the next areas Maspalomas and we will contact you approximately 24 hours before the delivery, to confirm your reservation and timetable.

Our web site works only for information and reservation to a particular rental of the desired product. 

The corresponding amount (rental + deposit) will be paid on the day of delivery.

 

How do I renew the lease of my products?

If you need an article longer, please contact us as soon as possible. We will check the availability of the product and try to extend the rental period, so that you can continue enjoying a relaxing holiday.

 

What happens if I need to cancel my vacation short term, but I have already made a reservation?

If you unfortunately have to cancel your vacation, then please contact us. It is therefore no cost for you. For better planification it is very important for us to report on time.
